1. Look at yourself. Determine what it is that is making you unhappy. Is it your spiritual needs, your finances, your job, family, friends, or maybe its your spouse or companion. Whatever it is, you have to determine if you are better changing these elements in your life. If you determine that these are negatively impacting your life then you need to make some changes.
2. Look at your personal character build-up. Who are you? Are you hateful? Are you purposefully being mean to someone because they have been mean to you? Is your heart in the right place? There are so many more questions to ask yourself and so many answers. Revenge is not the answer. It may feel good for the moment but in the long run you are setting yourself for that little word-Karma.In my world I believe that God will handle my enemies. Karma is a beast and if you are not careful, any of us can start seeing our lives take a turn because of something we have done. So, when you see a negative change in your life, think back to why. It takes less time to show people the love that you have embedded in your heart.
3. Spirituality. Its important and by no means do I force it upon anyone. What you should do is decide for yourself if going to church will help you. For me it has done tremendous things in my life. When you worship, it can fulfill an internal gratification that has been absent. When you tithe, you will also see many great things happen such as that job or promotion you wanted, financial enhancement, or any accomplishment that will make you happy. When you get these things do not stop worshipping because those happy things can be taken away. Quiet time is also very beneficial. You should read daily and pray about those challenges you face. Pick a time of the day or night to start having these daily conversations with God.
4. Surround yourself with positive and influential people. When you are around those who are doing things that are on your same level then you have found persons that you can relate to. You do not want to be around negativity because that energy will affect you whether you know it or not.
5. Dont look at the glass half full. Start looking at your life with a positive view. Make a list or discuss the positive things in your life. Then decide how you can maximize on that positivity. Maybe you start a class or camp. Maybe you start a women's group then eventually you start making paid apperances at various places. Just remember to take the positive elements that you have and maximize them to its fullest potential!
